PleasureDome – Northern New England’s worst kept secret who exist for one reason – to bring the party to your house! Pleasure Dome have made it their mission to bring back all the excess that was 80′s rock – from Bon Jovi to Motley Crue – with a heavy dose of anything else that was trimmed in fringe, wrapped in spandex and soaked in Aquanet. If it rocks, Pleasure Dome is on it, with a stellar cast of characters who deliver like no other band around.

PleasureDome is fronted by Jayson Argento, a multi-talented vocalist/actor/filmmaker, who previously sang for several area bands, including Uncommon Tongue, whose songs from their CD “Following a Dream” appeared in Ice Breaker, an Edgewood Studios’ film starring Sean Astin. Jayson was also selected as a top-5 finalist in Singer Universe Magazine’s “Singer of the Month” contest and competed region

ally in Talent Quest 2007.Ed Fletcher is a well known guitarist in the New England metal scene who earned recognition as a member of the Apostasy, an original metal band from Burlington who became festival favorites throughout the east coast and midwest while touring in support of their two independent releases.

Travis Beaudette is the secret weapon of Pleasure Dome, pairing with Ed Fletcher on guitar to recreate all of the classic riffs that 80′s fans know and love. Travis is an avid collector of Charvel/Jackson guitars (the weapon of choice for everyone from Ratt to Metallica) whose playing will take you back to a time when Jack Daniels and Marshall stacks were a part of every band’s arsenal.

Tom Dunn brings the bass to Pleasure Dome, having played throughout the New England cover circuit with several bands over the last 20 years. He is best known though for his work with Burlington hardcore veterans Slush, who toured throughout the east coast and received national recognition for their independent releases, including Step Inside, which charted nationally in College Music Journal.

Joe Villemaire is “the straw that mixes the drink” for Pleasure Dome. An extremely gifted and entertaining drummer, Joe’s musical career started at the tender age of 14 when he first set foot on the stage at Burlington’s legendary Nectar’s. From there, Joe went on to regional and national success with Never Again, Drowningman and later Waiting for a Miracle, all of which recorded and toured extensively throughout the United States.
